Beurrer la plaque allant au four, y faire cuire à moitié les bâtonnets. Laisser refroidir en couvrant d'un linge propre. Découper délicatement en lamelles. Remettre au four pour terminer la cuisson. Surveiller et sortir aux premiers changements de couleur.
